To Bruce

We have just received word that our lovely friend Bruce Cooke passed away last night. we can't express the loss this is. Bruce was a friend to all and a fixture to the gay expat community. He touched many and was a fixture of Saints bar, having been its longest regular.

We will all miss his wit and conversation. Bruce was always willing to speak with friends and newcomers. He knew more than most but never came across as anything but genuine and truly interested in what others had to say. We could write all night but it would not be enough.

To Bruce, you are truly missed.
