This is one of Prague's two main gay brothels (with Temple). For a 200czk cover you can watch the boys dance and take which ever one you want back to your hotel for the price you negotiate. Reviews are fairly mixed as to whether or not it is a rip off, however since changing management the picture seems to be better. Still, be cautious about the number of drinks you are buying for any entertainers.
