TinglTangl

Recommended

TinglTangl: Cabaret, Club, and Restaurant. Yes, TinglTangl offers a lot and the most impressive part is that it does all three very well. The restaurant features beautiful court yard seating, and quality offers. Walking inside you reach the top floor bar with excellent service.

Heading down the stairs you reach the club: straight ahead for the bar and dance floor to your right.

Anyway, why you’re really reading this is to hear about the Kabaret Travesti shows… Three times a week (Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday) TinglTangl puts on a three part stage show with four different Ladies. Basically each one comes out in multiple costumes and performs a dance followed by comedy routine. The dances can be impressive, and the physical comedy often hilarious. Unfortunately, all performers speak Czech on stage so most tourists will feel they’ve missed out somewhat.

That said, we would still recommend taking a look, for 150czk (≈$7, €6, £5) you get an entire evening of live entertainment and great energy. Seriously this is an experience you not soon forget. The costumes are impressive, and performances are fun and interactive...

Reservations are highly recommended, not just to get a seat, but one not behind the large pillar blocking half the stage. Reservation link, using Google Translation for your convenience. Shows start at 10:30 and dinner can be had before at TinglTangl (reservations for both possible), or just pop across the court yard to Kabul Restaurace (Kabul Restaurant) if you have been having too much Czech food lately.
